Backbreaker is a simulation style American football game.In the game you must avoid your back broken by evading tackles and running the ball to end zone or break the backs of those who seek to touch down against you.The game provides 2 modes of play, Endurance and Challenge.In Endurance game mode all you have to do is touch down or take down the opponent with flying tackle for wave after wave.In Challenge mode you have to split between tackle alley and vengeance like the endurance mode.You must jump over the obstacles like hurdles,truck and stay within the charted course in order to reach your goal.

Controls in the game are simple.You can control your player by just tilting your phone.A series on on screen buttons are also provided for moments when spinning,sprinting and side stepping.Each challenge in game was divided in to 10 rounds with rewards doled upon the completion of five waves of obstacles.
